CHIPMUNK SHARE AVAILABLE

1/8 share available in this long established, well-run group based at Popham Airfield, Hampshire.

Operated and cared for by the Group since 1996, Chipmunk WK611 (G-ARWB) is in excellent condition, attracting extremely positive comments whenever seen (and photographed) out and about.

The Airframe was rebuilt, recovered and repainted in 2014 and its current total hours are just over 9000; the next component change due to fatigue schedules is predicted to be in 2060 under current flying rates.

The Engine total hours are 2800. The engine had a major overhaul and rebuild in 2002, including a replacement crankshaft, and has flown just over 1200 hours since then. A top end overhaul was completed last year and a propeller overhaul was completed the previous year.

The individual share price is £4500, based on 8 shares, with a £90 monthly fee to cover fixed costs. The flying rate is £60 per hour (dry), the majority of which goes to the substantial engine fund. Fuel consumption is approx. 35 It/hr. All maintenance costs are shared among the group.

1967 Rollason Condor D.62b project for sale

Fantastic classic British aircraft, always hangared, great condition, lots of new parts. A factory built Condor with flaps and the nicer rounded wing tips. C150 Clevland wheel and brake disc conversion. Fabric in good condition, with lots of parts recently resprayed in metallic silver.



Original canopy and parts from a Piel CP301 Emeraude canopy included, nothing changed on fuselage.

To get her flying again, you have the choice to refit the original canopy or finish the ‘bubble' canopy mod (approved mod by the LAA) a lot of the parts and work already done.

Rolls-Royce / Continental O-200A 100hp – TT 549hrs. Brand new B&C lightweight alternator and starter motor, etc. EVRA prop overhauled by Hercules.

Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances, I don't have time to finish the project.
